- 1 Mixing bowl
- 1 Baking tray
- 1 Electric Mixer
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar + sugar to sprinkle on top
- 1 egg
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Prepare cookie sheet with parchment paper or cooking spray.
- With your mixer, mix sugar, peanut butter, and egg in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Roll cookie dough into 1½ balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Flatten out each cookie and create a criss-cross pattern using a fork.
- Bake for 9-10 minutes in preheated oven.
