- Zucchini

- Skewers
Directions
- Cut vegetables into 2-inch pieces
- Preheat grill on high heat
- Skewer vegetables
- Mix cooking oil with lime juice an brush onto skewers
- Sprinkle Italian spice onto vegetables
- Place on grill and cook for 3 to 5 minutes each side until you have a nice char on your vegetables

Instructions
- Cut vegetables into 2-inch by 2-inch pieces - leave tomatoes and mushrooms whole
- Pre-heat grill on high heat
- Skewer vegetables
- Mix cooking oil with lime juice in a small dish and brush onto skewers
- Sprinkle Italian spice onto skewers
- Grill for 3 to 5 minutes each side or until you have a nice char
