Today, we’re creating our own version of fair-style sausage for our backyard football tailgating party, and it’s really easy to do!

In addition to a package or two of Eckrich Cheddar Smoked Sausage Links, we’ll be using onions, mayo, coleslaw, pickles and our favorite chips for a little crunch!

Directions

  • Preheat grill to medium-low.
  • Place sausage links on the grill for about 10 minutes, turning them every couple of minutes until they take on a rich brown hue and get a few char marks.
  • Toast rolls if desired.
  • Spread mayo on the inside of the rolls.
  • Add coleslaw, then sausage links.
  • Top with onion, pickles, and serve with crunchy potato chips.
  • Enjoy!
