Today, we’re creating our own version of fair-style sausage for our backyard football tailgating party, and it’s really easy to do!
In addition to a package or two of Eckrich Cheddar Smoked Sausage Links, we’ll be using onions, mayo, coleslaw, pickles and our favorite chips for a little crunch!

Fair-Style Smoked Sausages Recipe
Eckrich Smoked Sausage has a rich and savory taste because they’re smoked naturally over hardwood and crafted with the right blend of spices. This not only makes them super delicious, but it also makes them perfect for tailgating at the stadium or in your own backyard!

Ingredients for Smoked Sausages Recipe
- Eckrich Cheddar Smoked Sausage Links
- Large hearty rolls
- Mayonnaise
- Coleslaw
- Pickles
- Onions; chopped
- Potato Chips (on top or on the side)
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-low.
- Place sausage links on the grill for about 10 minutes, turning them every couple of minutes until they take on a rich brown hue and get a few char marks.
- Toast rolls if desired.
- Spread mayo on the inside of the rolls.
- Add coleslaw, then sausage links.
- Top with onion, pickles, and serve with crunchy potato chips.
- Enjoy!

Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-low
