Directions

Grab your Gorton’s Beer Battered Fish fillets and a waffle fries. You can cook them in your oven or in your air fryer. Either way, they’re going to be delicious. I’m going to use my air fryer, and then toss my fries in the oven so everything will be done at the same time.

You can easily cook your fries in the air fryer first, then your fish. The fish takes only 9-11 minutes to cook through.

If you don’t have an air fryer, it’s just as simple to cook them in your oven. Just follow the instructions on the bag and you’re golden!

Once you’ve baked your fish and fries, skewer them with the fish in the middle and a waffle fry on either end.

Serve with coleslaw and a side of ketchup!
