This is probably the easiest thing you’ll ever cook on the BBQ. Simply preheat on medium-low for 10-15 minutes or until the temperature has reached 400 degrees, turn your burners to low immediately.

Remove your pizza pie from the package and place directly on the hot grill grates.

Add any additional toppings and close the lid. Grill for four minutes. If you do not have a Char-Broil TRU-Infrared Grill, which distributes the heat very evenly across the entire grilling surface, you should spin the pie a half turn, at four or six minutes to assure your pie isn’t cooking unevenly.

Even if you have infrared, you can still turn it if you want to, or you can take unsolicited photos of your honey…while she tries to shove a half an onion ring in your face. 🙂

PS: This is how I know if Katie reads my blog or not, I throw in some photos of her randomly 😉 And before I forget, grab one of my funny BBQ shirts for someone who loves to grill!

Anyway, continue grilling for an additional four to six minutes or until the crust is cooked on the bottom and the cheese has melted on the top.

Total cook time of 8-12 minutes. Keep the grill closed as much as possible so the top of your pizza cooks evenly.

Love it! Trick is to check the crust to make sure you’re cooking it to your liking. Also depends on how thick your pizza is on how fast it will cool. Super easy to make grilled pizza!
