  • Choice of side – we’re having a simple fruit salad

Ingredients for grilled curry pork chops


This is a two-ingredient pork chop recipe, served over rice. Very simple and tastes great, too!

Cook The Rice

First, begin by cooking the rice per the package instructions.

You can use the side burner on your grill, or prepare the rice ahead of time. Either way, it’ll come out great.

Brush or Marinate Pork

Next, we’re going to brush the pork chops in Blue Elephant Royal Thai Cuisine Yellow Curry Sauce.

You can even give them a quick marinating session up to a few hours before grilling if you’d like.

Grill Pork Chops

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Oil the grill grates to prepare them for the meat.

Grill the pork chops for 4-8 minutes per side, or until your desired doneness is reached.

Flip the pork chops every couple of minutes for even cooking and to get nice coloring and char on all sides.

Slice the pork chops into cubes or strips and serve over rice for a quick and easy, restaurant-quality meal at home!

Temperature For Pork Chops

There are many theories on the temperature for pork chops. However, the USDA recommends cooking until you reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. with a 3 minute resting period thereafter.

The resting period allows the meat to come up to temperature and the juices to redistribute themselves. This will produce a nice juicy pork chop on the grill!

  • 4 Cups Cooked Jasmine Rice


  • Cook the Jasmine Rice according to package instructions.
  • Brush pork chops with Blue Elephant Royal Thai Cuisine Yellow Curry Sauce and grill over medium heat for 4-8 minutes per side, until the desired doneness is reached. (145 degrees F. + 3 minutes resting)
  • Cut pork into cubes or strips and serve over rice.
