  • Romaine Lettuce (and/or other lettuce greens)
  • Green Cabbage
  • Red Cabbage
  • Carrots
  • Green Onion
  • Asian Sesame Salad Dressing

You can cut up as little as one serving of vegetables, or cut whole heads and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator to make salad all week long.

Pro Tip: When storing vegetables in an airtight container in the fridge, place a paper towel on top of the vegetables. This will help collect excess moisture and make your veggies last longer while being stored!

Instructions

Chop the lettuce, cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Then place them into a serving bowl.
