Equipment Needed

Ingredients

Kebab Vegetables

  • Onions
  • Red Bell Pepper
  • Zucchini
  • Green Bell Pepper
  • Mushrooms
  • Yellow Bell Pepper
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Potatoes
  • Asparagus

You can pick up as many vegetables as you want because there’s no wrong kebab combo here.

Marinade

  • Olive Oil – ¼ cup + 2 tbsp (for brushing)
  • Lemon or Lime Juice – 2 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 ½ tbsp
  • White Vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Dried Parsley – ½ tsp
  • Worcestershire Sauce – 1bsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper – ½ tsp
  • Chilli Flakes – ½ tsp
  • Dijon Mustard – 1 ½ tsp
  • Thyme – ½ tsp
  • Dried Oregano – ½ tsp
  • Rosemary Leaves (Fresh or Dried) – ½ tsp
  • Garlic (Finely Chopped or Minced) – 2-3 Cloves or Garlic Powder – ½ tsp

How to Make Grilled Steak and Vegetable Kebabs

How to Prepare Your Marinade

  1. Cut your preferred steak meat into cubes.
  2. Add olive oil, lemon juice, honey, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, garlic, dried parsley, oregano, thyme, and rosemary leaves into a bowl and mix well.
  3. Transfer the prepared marination into the resealable bag and add your steak pieces.
  4. Gently rub the marinade material onto the meat cubes. Seal the bag and let it refrigerate for a minimum of 3  hours.

How to Grill Your Steak

  1. Preheat your grill over medium to high heat.
  2. Lightly oil the non-stick grilling basket and fill it with your desired steak meat and vegetable order.
  3. Place them on the preheated grill with the wooden ends hanging outside of the grill.
  4. Let them cook for about 8-9 minutes. (cooking time may differ depending on your choice of steak meat)
  5. Turn them occasionally and slightly brush once or twice with the olive oil.
  6. Lastly, dish them out and serve them with plain rice, tortillas, or devour them independently as they are juicy, tender, flavorful, fresh, delicious, tasty, and everything that can satisfy your palate.
  7. You can also sprinkle fresh parsley onto the plate to make it a restaurant-style dish.

Expert Cooking Tips

  1. Cut the vegetables into the same size and shape as your meat.
  2. You can also sprinkle a pinch of salt, pepper, thyme, parsley, oregano, and rosemary onto the vegetables to enhance the flavors.
  3. Invite your uncle, aunts, cousins, or other family members to celebrate some quality time together.
  4. Not to mention the helping hands, you’ll get to prepare as many servings as you want to devour.
