Easter brunch is a tradition at our house and this Easter brunch is so easy to make, you’ll want to cook it every year!

When the family wakes up to see what the Easter bunny has left, the last thing you want to do is spend tons of time cooking breakfast. That’s why we’re making this breakfast pizza recipe – it literally takes 15 minutes to make.

Because it’s convenient and makes mealtime a breeze without sacrificing quality, we’re using Hatfield ¼ Pre-Sliced Ham.

Easter Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 Pre-made pizza crust (pick your favorite)
• 2-4 slices of Hatfield ¼ Pre-Sliced Ham, save the rest for dinner!
• 1 tomato, thinly sliced
• 1 large egg
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/2 cup cheese blend
• A big pinch of oregano or Italian spice

Directions

• Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
• Place your pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza pan
• Top pizza with slices of Hatfield Ham, tomato and cheese

• Whisk eggs, milk and seasoning in a bowl; carefully pour onto pizza crust
• Bake for 10-12 minutes or until egg is set and the crust is crisp
