Super Bowl Nachos Recipe
We’re making delicious better for you nachos for football game day, and you should make them too!
To make these nachos better for us, we’re using Garden of Eatin® Blue Corn Tortilla Chips, scrapping the meats, and going with veggies, and using low-fat cheese and sour cream too!
Garden of Eatinâ„¢ Blue Corn Tortilla Chips, found at Walmart, is our new favorite tortilla chips.
Because they’re nice and thick, they make nachos really easy and don’t get soggy! Garden of Eatinâ„¢ Blue Corn Tortilla Chips are made with organic blue corn and organic whole corn kernels, and have no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives!
With a fun blue corn color, they’ll be a hit at your Super Bowl football party!
Making New Year’s resolutions and sticking to them isn’t always easy. However, it is made easier when you have delicious snacks to get you through your favorite football games, especially the big game!

Beforehand, we’ll be stopping by Walmart for all of our game day needs, grab our Garden of Eatin® Blue Corn Tortilla Chips and the other ingredients we’ll need for these nachos, and scurry back home for the big game.
Super Bowl Nachos Recipe
Making these sheet pan nachos is super easy!
Ingredients – Walmart Shopping List
- Garden of Eatinâ„¢ Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
- 1.5 cups Reduced Fat Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
- 2 to 3 Medium Tomatoes – diced
- 1 Red Onion – sliced and diced
- 2 Jalapenos – sliced
- Low Fat Sour cream
- Guacamole
- Salsa
- Limes and fresh cilantro for flavoring and garnish
Directions
Spread Garden of Eatin™® Blue Corn Tortilla Chips out in a rimmed baking sheet pan cover with cheese and onions.
Add more chips and layer again with cheese and onions.
Bake in a 325 degree F. preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with tomatoes, onion, jalapenos.
Garnishing with lime wedges and fresh cilantro is optional.
Make a bunch of lime wedges so people can squeeze lime on their nachos if they wish. I know we love lime, but others may not – it’s all good!
We also drizzle low fat sour cream on our nachos. You can certainly serve the sour cream in a dipping dish along side the guacamole and salsa!

Ingredients
- Garden of Eatin’® Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
- 2 cups Reduced Fat Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
- 2 Medium Tomatoes – diced
- 1 Large Red Onion – sliced and diced
- 2 Jalapenos – sliced
- Sour cream
- Guacamole and Salsa for scooping
- Limes for squeezing and garnish
- Fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Spread Garden of Eatin’® Blue Corn Tortilla Chips out in a rimmed baking sheet pan
- Cover with cheese and bake in a 325 degree F. preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes
- Remove from oven and top with tomatoes, onion, and jalapenos
- Squeeze fresh lime juice on top and serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole; garnished with fresh cilantro
