No Yeast White Bread
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cooking oil corn oil, vegetable oil, or olive oil is acceptable
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. and grease bread loaf pan
- Beat the eggs and oil together
- Add flour, salt, water to the beaten egg mixture and beat everything together
- Add to bread pan and bake for 40 minutes
- Slice and serve
