Hi Kenna, GREAT question! To make self rising flour using all-purpose flour the measurements are as follows:
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 and 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
Whisk everything together.
=
1 cup Self Rising Flour
My only comment would be when using a recipe with self-rising flour, it is probably okay to add a tsp of baking powder for every cup of ordinary flour…?? Because I don’t have self-rising flour.
We loved putting this list together and I hope you enjoy the white bread recipe! It’s an easy way to make a yeast free bread.
