Ingredients

Ingredients to make strawberry shortcake waffles.

Instructions

Sugar Free Whipped Cream

Whip heavy cream and vanilla extract with your electric mixer or by hand until medium peaks hold their shape, or until your desired consistency. I like my whipped cream a little thicker than most.

We also grabbed a package of the Van’s Gluten Free Say Cheese! Crackers. They’re multigrain crackers with 16 grams of nutrient dense, gluten free whole grains. They’re a cheesy and delicious snack for any time of day!

VANS Crackers

You can find these delicious waffles and crackers at your local grocer. In Shaw’s, they were both in the organics/natural food area, but the waffles can often be found in the regular freezer section of your local grocer.
