Most of us think of rubs as loaded with sugars, but this tasty BBQ rub will change your mind and give you a whole new outlook on grilling and smoking.

Sugar Free BBQ Rub

Sugar free BBQ rub for ribs, chicken, steaks, burgers and more.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup smoked sea salt
  • 2 tbs black pepper
  • 2 tbs ground cumin
  • 2 tbs garlic powder
  • 1 tbs red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp chili powder – leave it out if you don’t need an extra spice kick

Directions

Mix it all together in a bowl. Rub your meat – this is great on pork and chicken.

It’s that freakin’ simple folks. Rub your meat!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup smoked sea salt
  • 2 tbsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp ground cumin

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together, store in air tight container
  • Rub on meat 20 minutes before cooking
