We love spending time in the backyard cooking on the grill. So much so that as long as weather permits, we’re grilling every night from spring through fall.
Grilled Peaches with Ice Cream
I’m whipping up an easy recipe for sweet and spicy grilled peaches.
We’re serving them over ice cream and drizzling them with chocolate sauce.
These are so good it’s crazy!
So let’s get right into the sauce. I’m grabbing my go-to hot sauce, El Yucateco Red Chile Habanero.
Mix the hot sauce with brown sugar to create a simple sweet and spicy sauce to coat our peaches.
Brush our peaches with the sauce before tossing them on the grill.
Mix the brown sugar and El Yucateco® together in a bowl.
Slice your peaches into six to eight pieces/wedges each.
Now you can brush the sauce onto the peaches, or you can even dunk them using tongs to give them a nice flavorful coating!
Place the peaches on the preheated grill and allow them to grill until you reach your desired char.
The brown sugar mixture will give your peaches a nice candied char, which tastes fan-freakin-tastic!
The hot sauce really takes these peaches to a whole other level.
Adding the perfect flavor to put them over the top!
To take these dessert peaches to the next level, serve them over a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle them with chocolate sauce!

- Pre-heat grill
- 4 Peaches - sliced
- 3 Tbs El Yucateco® Red Chile Habanero Sauce
- 1/4 heaping cup brown sugar
- Vanilla ice cream
- Optional: Chocolate syrup
- Mix El Yucateco® sauce and brown sugar in a bowl
- Coat sliced peaches in sauce
- Grill until desired char is achieved - about 5 minutes per side
- Serve with ice cream
- Optional: drizzle with chocolate syrup
