There are many different brunch cocktails that will work. Pair a light, fruity juice with your favorite alcohol.
While I really love this cocktail that’s made with a combination of cranberry and orange juices, you might want to try one of these:

That will really depend on the type of cocktail you’re serving.
- Mimosas are often served in champagne flutes.
- However, screwdrivers can be served in a highball glass.
- While, a martini will normally be served in a martini glass.
Really, it doesn’t matter what type of glass you serve your brunch cocktails in. All that matters is that your guests enjoy the taste.

This is a very simple vodka morning cocktail. So, it works wonderfully with brunch. But, you could also serve it during the afternoon or even in the evening.
- Cranberry juice
- Orange juice
- One orange

How do I make this brunch cocktail?
You will need to start this recipe the night before. So, make sure you plan ahead if you want to serve this. It’s important that the ice cubes have enough time to freeze completely.
- The night before, mix cranberry juice and orange juice together and pour them into the ice cube trays.
- Then, the next morning, add ice cubes to each glass.
- Next, add the vodka and the orange juice.
- Finally, garnish with a slice of orange.
Can I use regular ice cubes for my morning cocktail if I forget?
You can use regular ice cubes if you forget to make the cranberry and orange juice ice cubes. But be aware that as the ice cubes melt, they will water down your cocktail.
What else can I add for a garnish?
Traditionally, this brunch cocktail is garnished with a slice of orange. But if you want to add something else, you could also use slices of lime and lemon.
Other options include a spring of mint, a basil leaf, or even candied ginger. Also, you could even add a maraschino cherry if you like.

We generally get a brand without pulp for a smooth texture. But if you want to kick this up a notch, you can try fresh-squeezed orange juice with the pulp.

- Ice cube trays
- Serving glasses
- 1 – 1/2 Cups Cranberry juice
- 1/2 Cup Orange juice
- 2 Oz Vodka
- 2 Oz Orange juice
- 1 Oz Cranberry juice
- 1 slice Orange sliced for garnish
- The night before brunch, mix 1 1/2 cups cranberry juice and 1/2 cup orange juice; pour into ice cube trays and freeze. (make more for larger brunch gatherings)
- When serving brunch, place 4-5 frozen juice ice cubes into each glass.
