Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Plus Sweet and Savory Waffle Toppings
Ingredients
- 8 count Waffles of choice Choose frozen or make waffles from my list on this page.
- 8 slices Thick cut bacon In New England? Try Kayem's new double smoked thick cut bacon!
- 8 count Large eggs
- 1/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Maple syrup optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare bacon according to package.
- Cook waffles or toast waffles after bacon is done.
- Cook eggs anyway you like (scrambled, over easy, etc….).
- Add cheese to eggs near the end of cooking so it melts nicely – salt and pepper to taste.
- Plate with two waffles, eggs with cheese, and bacon for each person.
- Drizzle with maple syrup if you wish.
