Garden of Eatin’® Blue Corn Tortilla Chips

Reduced Fat Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese

Medium Tomatoes - diced

Large Red Onion - sliced and diced

Jalapenos - sliced
Sour cream
Guacamole and Salsa for scooping
Limes for squeezing and garnish
Fresh cilantro
Instructions
Spread Garden of Eatin’® Blue Corn Tortilla Chips out in a rimmed baking sheet pan
Cover with cheese and bake in a 325 degree F. preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes
Remove from oven and top with tomatoes, onion, and jalapenos
Squeeze fresh lime juice on top and serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole; garnished with fresh cilantro
