Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 8 inch square pan, and line with greased parchment paper, see blog post for more information.
Lightly crunch Kellogg's Frosted Flakes® in bowl with your hands
Combine Kellogg's Frosted Flakes®, rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and baking soda
Add the softened butter into the bowl and combine with your hands until you have a crumbly mixture - yes it gets sticky!
Set aside 3/4 cup of the mixture for the topping. Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the pan treated with non-stick spray or butter. - Lightly flouring your hands makes this step easier!
Spread your jam over the crumble layer
Add the rest of the crumble to the top and press into the jam lightly
