Package Pillsbury Moist Supreme Perfectly Pumpkin Cake Mix

Large Eggs

cup
vegetable oil
M&M's® Baking Bits
pick out brown, yellow and orange for fall
Frosting
8

Softened Cream Cheese - room temperature

tbs
Softened Butter - room temperature
1 to 1 1/2

Powdered Sugar

Vanilla Extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
By hand, mix together pumpkin cake mix, veggie oil, and 2 large eggs
Using lightly floured hands, roll dough into 2 inch balls
Place dough balls 2 inches apart on parchment lined or non-stick cookie sheet
Lightly spray the bottom of a glass with cooking spray & flatten the cookies down to 1/2"
Press M&M's® baking bits onto the cookies
Bake for 9-11 minutes
Allow to cool 5 minutes on cookie sheet, move to cooling rack to cool completely
Frosting
Mix softened cream cheese and softened butter with a mixer
Slowly add powdered sugar until desired consistency is reached
Add vanilla extract, mix until incorporated
Assemble
After the cookies are cooled, use a piping bag or spoon to add a nice thick layer of frosting between two cookies
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
You can make bite size whoopee pies by making 1 inch balls and baking them for 8-10 minutes.
