Pork Belly Burnt Ends
Pork belly burnt ends on the grill. Hot and fast crispy pork belly cooked on the barbecue grill.

Ingredients

lb
pork belly - cubed
1/4
cup
of the new P.F. Chang's® Home Menu Mongolian Sauce
2
tbs
butter
3- 4
tbs
brown sugar
2
tbs
honey
Optional - Serve With:

Instructions
Cube pork belly into 1 inch pieces
Marinate in P.F. Chang's® Home Menu Mongolian Sauce for one hour in the refrigerator
Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes prior to cooking
Preheat skillet over medium heat
Place pork cubes in a new bowl, coat completely with brown sugar and honey
Melt butter in skillet
Place pork belly in skillet and cook, stirring/flipping occasionally for 20 minutes or until done to your liking.
Add a little more P.F. Chang's® Home Menu Mongolian Sauce to skillet and continue cooking for 5 more minutes.
