1.5cupsEgg Beaters Original
6slicesThick-cut bread
1/2cupCream cheese frosting
3tspGround cinnamon
1sprinklePowdered sugar
1/2 cupStrawberry syrup
6countFresh strawberries
Instructions
Preheat skillet to med-high heat; lightly grease with cooking spray
Shake Egg Beaters carton, measure, and pour into a bowl
Sprinkle in cinnamon and whisk with a fork
Dip one side of a slice of bread into the Egg Beaters; count to 5. Flip and dip the other side into the Egg Beaters; count to 5 and place it on the skillet. Repeat with each slice of bread.
Cook until browned on one side, flip and cook until browned on the other.
Remove from skillet. Using a rolling pin or spatula to lightly flatten the french toast - spread with cream cheese frosting
Roll up the french toast; dust with powdered sugar
Serve with strawberry syrup and fresh strawberries
