An easy flank steak salad recipe with Greek inspiration.

Ingredients
1.5lbsflank steak
1cupGreek vinaigrette
210oz packagesromaine lettucechopped
1pintgrape tomatoeshalved
1cupGreek oliveshalved (black olives will work too)
1countEnglish cucumbersliced
1countred onionsliced
1countgreen bell pepperchopped
14oz packagecrumbled feta cheese
Instructions
Add steak and 1/2 cup vinaigrette into a large zipper plastic bag and seal. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight
Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat; remove steak from marinade
Cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached. Allow steak to rest for 10 minutes; then cut, slicing across the grain
Divide the lettuce, tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, onions, and bell peppers among six serving bowls. Top salad with steak, sprinkle with cheese and vinaigrette
