Instructions
Start by preheating one side of the grill to high for indirect grilling
Oil grates the other side of the grill.
Marinate the steak.
Remove from marination. Season well with salt and pepper.
Put the flank steak on the grill and cook.
Transfer the steak to the indirect side. Cook for a few more minutes.
Remove the steak from the grill. Let it rest before slicing.
