Ingredients
2count1/2" plywood cut to 24" x 48"
4count2" x 4"s cut to 48"for the frame
4count2" x 4"s cut to 21"for the frame
4count2" x 4"s cut to 11 1/2"for the leg
2counthandles
1box2.5" deck screws
4count3/8" x 4" carriage bolts
1quartPrimer paint
1quartExterior Finish Paint
1quartPolycrylic Sealant (Gloss)
Instructions
Cut all wood to dimensions as listed in the materials list
Assemble the frame, two smaller 2 x 4s go between the two longer 2 x 4s
Attach the plywood to the frame with deck screws
Cut the legs, rounding 1 end of each leg over. Cut the other end of the legs at an angle beginning at the corner and going up 1/2" on to the other side.
Drill holes and attach legs with carriage bolts
Drill 6" hole with hole saw (see blog post for lining up the hole correctly on the boards)
Sand and paint your boards however you wish - Primer first, then finish paint, then polycrylic gloss sealer. Follow drying instructions on your paint cans.
