Not many people try making grilled ribs BBQ at home because the preparation seems daunting. But I have brought the easiest and yummiest BBQ pork ribs recipe. Prepare and enjoy it with your fam!

Ingredients
1RackPork RibsAny variety pork ribs will work.
1/4cupbrown sugarChoose your favorite BBQ sauce to check the list in my blog post to discover a new flavor!
3tablespoons salt
3tablespoons smoked paprika
1tablespoon garlic powder
1tablespoon pepper
1tablespoon dry mustard
Instructions
Remove ribs from the refrigerator 30 minutes to 1 hour before grilling. Remove the membrane if you wish, slather with BBQ sauce, or rub.
Preheat grill to 350 degrees F. -- Charcoal users, preheat grill as you normally would for medium heat. Maintain heat throughout the entire cooking session. Optionally, add wood pellets to your BBQ tube for extra flavoring.
Oil the grill grates
Place ribs bone side down. Grill for 35-45 minutes
Flip ribs, grill meat side down for 15 minutes
Sauce both sides of the ribs and continue cooking a few minutes more to char the sauce
Ideal internal temperature for the ribs is 203-205 degrees

Notes
Grill the ribs with the lid closed, over direct heat.Charcoal users - set up for indirect heat incase your ribs begin to char too much on the bottom. You can move the ribs to the indirect side if needed.
