Potato Leek and Bacon Soup

Instructions
Heat a pot over medium heat and melt the butter. Start cooking the diced onion and leek.
Stir in the diced bacon and diced potatoes.
Season the mixture with salt, dry oregano, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until everything is combined.
Pour in the vegetable broth and heavy cream. Then cook the soup for about 20-25 minutes.
With the help of a hand blender, blend the soup until thick and delicious. At last, serve with slices of bacon and a drizzle of heavy cream.
Serve and enjoy.
Notes
Note:
If you want to use a regular blender instead of a hand blender, do not fill the jar more than half. That’s because the mixture can spill.
