2cucumberssliced and diced
5spring onionsdiced
salt and pepper
1tspdried dill
¼cupred wine vinegar
3tbspolive oil
¼tspchilli flakesfor garnish
Instructions
Peel the cucumbers and dice them into half-moons. Transfer the cucumber pieces into a bowl.
Dice up the spring onions into small chunks and add them to the diced cucumbers.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, dried dill, red wine vinegar, and olive oil.
Mix until combined and serve with a sprinkle of chilli flakes.

Note: For removing water from cucumber without changing the taste or texture, you can sprinkle some salt.
