1zucchini, sliced
1eggplant, sliced
2tomatoes, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1tablespoon olive oil
1cup tomato sauce
Instructions
Arrange the zucchini, eggplant, and tomato slices in a casserole dish greased with olive oil.
Season it with salt and pepper for taste, and pour over the tomato sauce.
Bake in an already heated oven at 350 F or 180 C degrees for about 35 - 40 minutes.
