Spicy White Chocolate Mini Fudgy Pecan Pies

Pre-made mini pie crusts

packed light brown sugar
1/2
cup
white chocolate chips

butter

honey

pecans
finely chopped (reserve some half pecans to top each pie)

TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
Instructions
Combine butter, brown sugar and honey in a sauce pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until you've just reach a boil.
Remove pan from heat and let sit for about 60 seconds; stir in white chocolate chips, TABASCO® Sauce, and pecans.
Fill pie crusts with the pecan pie filling
Optional: Pop them in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 350 to give the pre-made crusts some color
Top with half a pecan, cool, and then chill in the refrigerator before serving
Notes
Makes about six mini pies. Add more or less TABASCO® Sauce to fit your preference.
